*) In connection with the holding of the Annual General Meeting on 7 April 2010 please note that if a shareholder should wish a specific item included in the agenda of the General Meeting, a written proposal must be submitted to the Board of Directors no later than six weeks prior to the Annual General Meeting. Closing date for submitting the proposal is Tuesday 23 February 2010.

Furthermore, we can inform you that the company plans to arrange conference calls for analysts and investors in connection with the publication of the Annual Report and the Interim Report for first half of the year.
